Andrea Balency Trio - Mizraïm (Algodón Egipcio Remix)
The latest (and final) EP of Mexican band Andrea Balency Trio was released yesterday as a free download, and it features a remix I made of one of their songs, called “Mizraïm”. This is an awesome EP and also includes an amazing cover of El Guincho’s “Lycra Mistral”.

My friend Joshua Rogers, from Broken Machine Films, put together these beautiful found images to tell a coming-of-age story from the deserts of the American Nevada’s in the 1960’s, about 8 boys, set to run in a drag race, way beyond their means and spirit.
